MANAGEMENT
Firm Principal and founder Tony Robinson began his insurance career
as an underwriter in 1974 with a permanent transition to claims in
1976. Along the way he has worked for Industrial Indemnity, Fireman's
Fund, CNA (Asbestos Unit), AIG, ACE USA ,and Royal & SunAlliance.
The positions held include General Adjuster, Construction Defect
Litigation Specialist, Litigation Supervisor, Asbestos Claims Unit
Analyst, and Complex Case Unit Director.
Tony obtained his bachelors degree in Humanities from New College of
California and attended the University of San Francisco School of Law
1985-1987. In addition, he earned his Master of Business
Administration (MBA) degree from the University of San Francisco
School of Business in 2003.
RCO’s strategy is comprised of three fundamental components:
1) Efficiency: A low cost/high quality business model.
2) Differentiation: RCO will take full advantage of the amazing synergy that is inevitable when
sound management principles and highly skilled claims services are strategically placed within
the same business model.
3) Fair Market Price: our services are at present, and will continue to be competitively priced.

The RCO venture is primarily focused on providing top tier commercial casualty claims adjusting and
investigative services.
Our current target market consists of insurance companies, third-party administrators, and public or private
self-insured organizations. The firm provides highly competent expertise in a wide array of commercial
casualty claims categories.
